Banning admin:
Dasfox, a month ban with an appeal needed.

Ban reason:
I got meme'd on by staff who sent a message to the Marshals from Ryan himself after I sold contraband (the CEO's empty locker) and left the CEO's gear within the CEO's office aside from procuring the CEO's manufacturing data disk so I could print infinite money like I always did literally every round that I played Cargo because making money is never wrong.

Staff who were playing council members then used the meta knowledge meta-sent to the meta-marshals to instantly meta-lock me away in the brig for four plus hours while I was repeatedly denied release due to the ongoing investigation that took over four hours to conclude, to meta-manipulate the other unknowing players into banning me forever from Lonestar because they didn't like how I played CEO, rather than me being in the wrong (Ryan would've approved of me making millions without a CEO present). Following the end of the round, it was delayed so I could sit in the brig some more until I requested to be released after being held for over five hours. The Warrant Officer opened the door and slowly walked out, so I walked out after them before they instantly spun around said, 'ground or die' and then shot me to death instantly despite me being unarmed and on help intent standing still and screaming, "oh my god you just shot me."

Why you think you should be unbanned:
My time is way up, the points raised in the other thread in which the ban should've never been applied in the first plae, and a former staff member whom is known for being honest and straight forwards has literally said, "i do WISH people would've been more fucking honest that it was for that reason that they supported the PK. Not because it was a totally clean kill, totally a valid execution, etc" in the general chat, in context to members of staff supporting it because they didn't like me or my character.

Since I got asked to post more about 'staff liasons' and mishandlings - I'm going to leave personal names and identifying commentary out of it since I genuinely don't care on getting anyone in trouble.

To further demonstrate the administrative antagonism behind it, an execution attempt was made just about three weeks prior to the PK / Jobbans which was again caused by admins.

The full circumstances of that are as follows:

Rin was the funny evil Hydra agent during the excelsior arc, and undid a lot of colony progress by having 400 IQ and sneaking a bunch of explosives into one of the mechs being sent into space - utilizing perfect IC cover by faking an injury, being seen on the front-lines 'fighting off excel' with pictures taken of them from Lonestar employees to memory-hole them as being present and completely involved with the colony defense through the peoples militia / frontline medical services.

Following that, the shuttle blew up, and I had at that point: A) completely falsified the number of detonations by setting off a bunch of *very* shit bombs that failed to log a score on the mining z-level to make it appear as though all the explosives were detonated in mining. B) I had someone else pick up, deliver, and drop off the Mechs so I wouldn't be seen handling them aside from the brief period where I assisted Soteria in delivering mechs from the lower levels to the top levels.

Despite this, the admins playing the Blackshield Commander at the time got tipped off from staff - an event character named Shuttle Officer Judge who declared that the shuttle-destroying explosion was believed it to come from a mech going kaboom (despite it being stored alongside literally every other item being sent up on the shuttle in one cargo hold) and seemed centered near the Ivan to which Jeanne immediately replied, "Wow, that's the Mech that Rin drove up to the surface level and left parked sitting near the front gate!" With near zero evidence tying me to the crime itself, the legitimate only evidence presented was, "Rin used mining explosives earlier." and "Was at one point piloting the mech" that 'looked like the bomb was centered on' and staff playing as the Marshals and Blackshield Heads of Staff butted heads over who had the right to field execute and PK me over it before someone went, "Wait. Can we just execute a council member without a trial?"

What quickly followed was a shocker, as Kazkin joined up to be the voice of reason, joining the round as a second warrant officer to tell the other admins and people attempting to frag my character that they were way out of line since nothing even remotely capable of being called evidence was gathered that even vaguely could suggest that I was the one who caused the explosion - indeed, people saw me actively stopping excel by healing blackshield, providing arms and armor to every colonist willing to hold the line and help fight excel, and dragging those beyond simple medical aid deeper into the colony for Soteria to properly tend. I genuinely believe that this act of Kazkin stepping up to prevent staff from wrongly punishing me started to tie into his removal given the following situation.

So for more kontext on why I think Kazkin saying no to Rin PKs factored into his removal - the man was literally removed within 3 days of me notifying the general staff that he reviewed the circumstances of it and following his return from a business related function was likely going to overturn it since he saw a bunch of questionable things in the log.

I'm not going to talk about anything else Kazkin related at this time since that's a can of humungous worms for pretty much everyone involved - but the timing was certainly tight enough to draw my attention to it. Since I was banned from the discord prior to him being removed from his station and not by that great of a margin.

Speaking of my ban from the discord, it occurred because I made a typo. I stated that I was going to play Rin again in the blackshield, and how I've already played Rin there twice. Dongels interpreted this statement of me referring to many eons ago where I played Rin as a trooper who was given a grenade launcher with the klutz perk and promptly nearly killed himself and many others prior to shifting to being a bartender main.

"I've been planning on playing Rin again and no one immediately banned me so." being the line worthy of my removal.

Except, I typed "I've been playing." I immediately clarified the mistake and apologized.

I'm not going to log-dump shit because I don't care enough to post two hours of back and forth with me going:

And again, I'd like to point to my original ban appeal thread where Dongels deflects the issue that the ban is wrongfully applied, and points out that I made a fucking typo that they banned me over as justification for keeping me banned and PK'd. That honestly says more than I ever could.

That's all I'll say on my jobban / PK and why it should be overturned (again).

Normally we prefer to unban people based on the merit of they changed their behavior. You clearly have not in the time you've been banned. So I don't personally see any reason why you would.

Your actions during the previous appeals warrant you putting some effort into changing and adjusting your behavior. I would suggest you change up your approach in the next one.

I will not be handling this for obvious reasons of involvement in the appeal itself. Even though I was not responsible for the ban, I was the one who asked Dongles in the first place: "Was Rin's PK overturned?" with a link to your 'I've been playing Rin again' comment.

Firstly- Trilby still has the logs. I shot you twice, said to get on the ground or die. You told me in DMs you tried to rest - something that I was told was not attempted. I decided to give you a chance and get on the ground with my comment. Instead of doing so, you called for help on general coms - which I instantly assumed was trying to spark a riot or have someone come ice me.

Secondly - I directly A-helped you and Kazkin answered my ticket telling me to just kill you if you kept deconstructing your cell or attempted to otherwise escape. Something you had done the previous day using psionics that were not on records and the button on the cell door. This same instance had you telling people I attempted to assassinate you - then claims that I meta-gamed or something to get you killed when I even tried to take it oocly to avoid doing exactly what happened and instead have staff mediate and hopefully not result in anything more than: "Stop doing that."

Do I feel good about the PK being effectively 'dished out' by me? No. I don't. You played that character a lot and put time into them. I would be upset too if my character was killed off in a similar way after working on them for so long.

But I was directly told to just kill you by the very staff member who took it not only upon himself to tell me to kill you but also wanted to override the other staff, by himself, to overturn it without any consulting.

I am still annoyed this discussion is brought back up of the "I am the victim" non-stop. I attempted to avoid even shooting you multiple times in the situation, even trying to offer a way out of me continuing shooting. But it was not listened to in the game. I even gave a direct order of 'go freeze' and pointed, something that apparently even the other sec-officer saw, and was returned with a: "Nah, shifts over" and a "Lets go" when I had never said a word to you - and the open door was interpreted as a 'sure walk on out' ignoring all the insults I had just said ICly atop of the 'go freeze'.

Even after all that and how I don't see how you misinterpreted all of it - I STILL would be vouching for you to have the PK undone. If only you could take an ounce of responsibility on your end rather than blaming me every time you had the chance to do so in the past. Something I thought that we had settled in DMs ages ago. I can even take account for was not giving more than the simple phrase or an emote - something that is not required but, as a curtesy and to be a good player, I should have done. And I guess not being in the habit to instantly left-click close doors behind me. But - I have not seen you take a single account for anything.

As such - I'm not providing any vouch. I will not and cannot provide anything against you either however. Hopefully another staff member, one who I've requested be able to be unbiased and not involved in your ban or the decision making leading to it, handle it.

My ban appeal 'with less info than the first one' references the first ban appeal, because my evidence has not changed since then. It was merely deflected by Dongels who said, "Nah, sorry, we said a month so you're gonna have to wait a month' instead of actually engaging with any of the points raised. In short, there was no closure besides, "I don't like your attitude so it's denied" which is a very shitty reason to deny something.

Furthermore: When I was originally given punishment, staff were wrong about EVERY aspect of the ban. From multiple staff lying and saying that Wilson faxing Ryan started the whole thing - and not Robert Ryan himself faxing Rebel0 an itemized list containing items missing from a locker (in the CEOs office) after I busted it to get the tidbits disk when I was the only Cargo player in the round, to staff saying that I used tools to break out of my perma-cell before being met with a 'well deserved timely end'. It's been bungled, mishandled, and misrepresented the entire way through, and expecting me to proverbially suck everyones dicks when I'm in this situation because they deliberately went out of their way to fuck me over just doesn't cut the mustard with me.

To be quite frank, I don't care if you like my attitude or not since I'm the wronged party, and your reason of being a hard minus one is a shitty one.

Firstly, yes. I've shared the logs with Trilby as well. We've discussed the logs in the last appeal where there were a total of 4 seconds passing between 'ground or die' after you emptied your gun and kept *click click* *click click*ing on me with the clear intent to actually just kill me. We talked at length about you telling her how you were getting 'several headshots' because you were clicking on my head perfectly, and the bullets penetrating me which meant my story was a lie because the officer couldn't have been sandwiching me inbetween my cell that I was walking towards while staring, incredibly injured from being shot twice with .308 (before you ran out of ammo due to forgetting to reload). Even though, when I went back to find the image, the shots that you told Trilby were headshots that overpenned, actually just embedded in my arm and chest. I don't dispute that, nor have I ever disputed that. I disputed the fact that I found it highly inappropriate given the fact that I was starving, dehydrated, and nonviolently doing anything, that .308 magdumps and plasmapistoling were your immediate response. No attempt was made to nonlethally detain me when I have NEVER resisted arrest violently.

Touching on point of contention number two: Even after my different-round self-contained breakout using psionics after being locked away for eternity, I turned myself in after having ten minutes outside the cell. Kazkin's brash 'just fucking kill them' should've been ignored, and clearly they realized that post PK due to them actually disagreeing with it. You're vaguely misremembering things. The round prior, I stated that it was a meta-grudge to keep me from the council meeting since you very clearly knew that I did not kill myself while in your handling. You legitimately told doctors to heal me only for one of them to tell you that they ruled it a suicide despite me bleeding from literally every orifice. You were DUMBFOUNDED by their response, but went and held a council meeting with me intentionally kept dead to prevent me from discussing anything during it - giving me my third and 'final' strike for 'killing myself' as a CEO, since the easily disputed evidence was told as a testament fact. Zero investigation was done to see if there was any real evidence behind any of the charges leveled against me besides, "Well, someone said Rin offered to bribe them." Zero investigation into financial records to determine if that was true, nor a testimony from the individual in question. Nothing. Told as a fact with me intentionally kept dead so I couldn't dispute it - and then staff who were later on record for being anti-Rin, ignoring the appeal I made ICly about how the meeting should be invalidated due to the circumstances around it. How could I see that as anything but a metagrudge at that point? Especially after people told me that you repeatedly confided in people that you wanted to frag my character and falsely accuse them of breaking out?

"Warrant Officer Lichzand-Sankinova says, "I really wish I didn't have a concious so I could just shoot you and rule it you t-trying to breakout.""

Assuming the grudge existed was the rational thing to do. Again, like I said in my first appeal; I don't believe it was your intention, but I do believe it was in the back of your mind when you did the things you did.

And to rehash my point from my last thread: No, I believe it was the heat of the moment with you being irritated that drove you to do it. Just as being locked in my cell for entire rounds with nothing to do drove me to do things like build a bunch of fucking sofas in my cell, or allegedly bribe a prospector 40k (also false since I broke out with funny psyker powers - and the fact that you kept me deceased during the council meeting afterwards after I died 'mysteriously' in Marshal custody should be more than enough IC justification to scream over the radio when you suddenly .308 me to death the literal next round. And again, you can see in the timestamped logs from my last thread that I literally screamed over the radio that you shot me at the same exact moment you say 'Ground.') to kidnap me into maints so I could sit in the pool for ten minutes before revealing that I was alive, and walking towards the Marshals to tell them all about it when put back in my cell.

Since, y'know, admins intentionally painted a target on me by having a high council member act entirely out of character just to solely fuck me through you. Were there things I could've done differently? Sure, I said as much afterwards when I first started trying to appeal the decision: I.E. When I talked to you 1-on-1, the admins actually in-round, etc. and realized that literally everyone directly involved in the situation was against a PK - even the administrator who TOLD YOU to do it upon reviewing what happened.

Were there things the admins could've done differently? Absolutely.

Was the round steered by admin intervention into the clusterfuck that it was for us? Undoubtedly. They painted the initial marker on me after making Ryan do something he would never fucking do by essentially telling you to fuck me as the sole cargo worker inround, and then lied about it later. The fact that this is consistently ignored boggles my mind, as that's the defining moment that sets up everything that went wrong.

Oh, and I just remembered - the round in question that happened prior? That round where I was arrested and faked my own kidnapping so I'd have some time outside a cell after being locked away for hours and then dying 'mysteriously' in Marshal custody?

I was arrested for telling the Marshals that Reddington (an admin) stole the Silver Eye because she was boasting about it over the blackshield channels that I had access to as a CEO. She was moving for a demotion prior to my self-release, and I was intentionally cut off from communications prior to it all, which is why I was locked away in the brig with no means of communicating in the first place - so you can understand my general irritation at being locked away for hours at a time wrongly by the point we reached the round in question.
