Banning admin: DasFox
Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): Jobban Indefinite ('appeal after a month' (no because i was fucked by staff)), enforced player kill (still fucked by staff)
Ban reason: After receiving a temporary job ban from CEO for 30 days along with stipulations from a different admin from previous events in a previous round yesterday, they proceeded to hop into the next round as a tech, pretend to be a CEO with a guest pass, break into the CEO's office, steal the disk, gun, radio, and sell the CEO's locker. They got caught, arrested by the Marshals, and put into HuT. After being put into HuT at round end, after being told no on going to the elevators or cryogenics outside of the cell and to instead go into the cryo chamber in their cell, they said no in return and walked out of their cell as Marshals were leaving, resulting in them following procedure.
Your side of the story:
My character at no point acted like a CEO, imitated a CEO, and only worked in the back of Lonestar with a Guest Pass that said Executive Mirkir - away from prying eyes of literally anyone, since I was working in cargo and doing nothing at all out of the ordinary. I even informed the Foreman over the radio that I'm still 'the executive in spirit' even if I'm not being hired as one. After doing what could be done with the resources I had on hand, the Lonestar store for buying more diskettes was empty and in order to fulfill bounties and do my job as the Lonestar Cargo Technician, I broke into the CEOs office and took the tidbits diskette and additionally the radio, funny revolver, and cape. After setting aside the important items so they wouldn't be sold, I sold the closet along with other gear that I had on hand from being produced to generate roughly forty thousand credits. From there, I bought a Goldilocks suit and put the CEO gear in a secure location. At this time, DasFox reportedly sent a fax to the Marshals as Robert Ryan directly informing them that I (the only person in the round that had access to the cargo tech shuttle) had broken into the CEO's office and sold the locker. They then sent a manifest of missing items - the actual CEO important gear that I had stashed away if one actually signed up and needed it - to the Warrant Officer, and told them to fuck me in the ass.

Staff would later lie or just be factually incorrect saying that there were no faxes involved until Wilson sent a fax to Ryan on my behalf going "bro wtf is happening" which is readily proven wrong by Rebel0's own words.
Additionally, if you wanted to, you can log-dive to even earlier in the round when I walked up to Wilson and told him to his face that I got fired from my CEO position, but made a guest pass that said "Executive Mirkir" for images sakes - since everyone knew Rin as a CEO up to that literal shift. A slight mistake he made in the fax in regards to Rin is expected - not evidence of Rin lying to Wilson as was claimed and EASILY investigatable.
Now, my complaint here should be obvious. First of all - broken open lockers are something I send on the shuttle nonfucking stop. It wouldn't attract Ryan's attention when he's supposed to be cruising over Krios on his party barge when the CEO's gear has been sold COUNTLESS times before. I send on average 30 lockers a shift; Cargo Technician Lockers, rusted lockers, lockers from maintenance, miner lockers, lockers from the trade station that sends you lockers now that pile rippers got buffed to shit, lockers manufactured by me, lockers people pulled in from fucking space.
Lockers, y'see, are worth more than the raw metal they make up, so sending out the locker itself is more profitable than recycling it into metal and sending that out. Same thing with air-tanks and a few other items which I've discussed openly before. There would be absolutely nothing suspicious about it and the fact that the CEO's gear missing would not 'cause any alarm' without at the VERY FUCKING LEAST launching an internal review.
The entire lead for me getting 'caught by the marshals' and having my IC parole violated was solely due to admin intervention - which leads to my second point.
Secondly, it was clearly intended to punish me as there was no indication that I had done anything outside of printing a guest pass with 'Executive Mirkir' written on it, because I put all the unique CEO gear aside by the vault and went back to printing goods in cargo. An IC punishment for an OOCly wrong thing. A simple message of, "Hey dude. I see you broke into the CEO's office and that's not cool." would have sufficed, since the stipulations I was sent for overturning my '24 hour entirely ic vote related jobban you do not have enough strikes to be removed from ceo' were to keep being active in Lonestar and the server, don't antagonize assault or threaten anyone (which I've never done at any point in my history in the server) and to not get caught committing criminal offenses.
That's a spark notes version, since I had wrongly assumed that it was purely from an IC view. I.E. "Don't do crimes" being converted to "don't get caught doing crimes or you'll get fucked." Not, "if you do ANY crime at all and a staff member is around watching you, we're going to fuck you over instantly." All it would take was one staff member going, "Hey you know you're on parole right?" and I would've gone "Wait is it an OOC punishment or an IC one?" and had it straightened out instantly that, no, I'm OOCly not supposed to do crimes anymore without staff going out of the way to punish me.
From my understanding, Saengdao - someone who was on an IC parole like I believed I was, was free to do whatever the fuck they wanted so long as they didn't get caught violating their parole. Staff, as far as I'm aware, were not actively monitoring her and faxing her doings to Marshalls.
Thirdly, even if it did get Ryan's attention, the last thing he would do is fax the marshals about it and reveal that itemized lists of things we sent out is actually something we can and actively are capable of - without at the very least conducting an internal review by contacting the one person on-shift currently capable of exporting goods.
It's long been established by many cargo players that 'oh sorry there's no log of items ha ha that's why we do the paperwork ha ha' to protect the whole of cargo from any random person sending out Contraband that isn't directly attributed to them. Since Ryan (DasFox) himself decided to reveal this is a falsehood solely to fuck me, the one person on-duty capable of sending out a shuttle instead of just directly contacting me over it is so wildly out of character that I originally believed it was faked, and that Rebel0 was metacommunicating and actively spiting me with a ghost watching.
So to advance further. After DasFox directly faxed the Marshals to tell them I - the sole person around who could operate the cargo console - had stolen the CEO locker and shipped it into space with stolen goods, I was instantly arrested and charged with infiltration or some other wacky shit. I had to pay a fine I couldn't pay in cash since I didn't want to use the Lonestar account to pay my own fines as I was sure this would just fuck me even further - but it didn't matter, since due to the admin intervention I was fucked and I knew it.
I sat around in a cell for 20 minutes while waiting to get my round ruined solely due to DasFox taking offense to me ICly doing something. I had at no point physically resisted against the Marshals since that'd be retarded - the height of my passive resistance being me sitting in my cell with the door open playing on an arcade machine. Upon my grand infiltration charge being concluded, returned to my department and printed 50 guest passes to demonstrate that it's fucking stupid to quantify that as a major crime before being put in HuT because obviously fibers were collected that at the very least put me near the CEO's office since I had literally no time to change my clothes before DasFox contacted the Marshals about what I did and I was instantly picked up and stripped down and my clothing logged.
From there, I was mostly ignored in the brig - and why wouldn't I be? I was ratted out by an admin on something that they [the marshals] priorly had no idea happened. I redecorated my cell a few times using the psionic omnitool - constructing glass tables and beginning construction on a sofa before that was confiscated. Then I began farming kazcoin because the grind never ends. At that point I was made aware of a spider attack or something taking up their time and never acted up over it. Passed more time by reading a book and playing with a toy gun before the shift ended but was extended for some reason. I got a few messages about how I had really fucked up by getting caught doing crimes again in admin PMs - and immediately countered with, "I wouldn't have been caught if you didn't literally fax the marshals that I did crime."
At this point, I had an event with the WO and another Marshal officer that resulted in a PK. Given that the entire circumstances of the PK only came into being from admins fucking me and my round over.
Which brings us to the staff enforced PK.
The circumstances around it are incredibly wacky and hard to follow over text, so I made a picture.
This picture details the movement I made following Mariya out of my cell - and highlights why exactly I thought we were going to arrivals.

The arrows indicate our movement. She opened the door, walked out. I walked up and stood in the doorway and waited to be told to fuck off or not since I believed we were moving out of the cell - Officer Godfrey literally standing next to me waiting. Mariya even says post-round they saw me hanging in the doorway for a moment before taking a step out to follow her - followed by another slow step. The door shut behind me and reopened. As you can see from the logs, I was shot at with every bullet they had left in their gun and nearly went crit from that. Given what happened the last shift I played CEO on where I mysteriously died in Marshal custody and was listed as DNR, and the sudden one-eighty after I take roughly four seconds to tap the right key twice, I thought I was actually being murdered in cold blood.

From the “Ground or die” that I missed due to having messages of pain in my limbs, head, chest, etc and reacting to being shot by typing “oh my god she just shot me?”

That’s four seconds. I only barely squeaked out an “she opened the door to let me out and SHOT ME” over the radio. I literally died before the message went out.

- because of what happened last round we were involved with, with them magdumping me with the Osprey again while I stood in front of a door I couldn’t open (it overpenned) I could only assume she was literally just setting me up to be ganked.
I’d like to take a moment to just say that in hindsight, I know now that it wasn’t her intent, but at the time with the officer who wordlessly stood behind me and blocked the way back into the cell? The itemized list that staff DENIED was sent to her, despite her saying she got one and physically showing it to me? I thought that they had, had enough and said fuck it to letting me go down the elevator when I was sandwiched between her and the officer. Which quickly shifted to, “oh my fucking god she’s just setting it up to make it look like I was breaking out and not following her.” and immediately started messaging CDB about it once I calmed down.
Something I want to briefly diverge and discuss, is my claim that “staff were misrepresenting and lying.”
Well maybe if they weren’t lying or being incorrect about things. then I wouldn’t claim that.
Why you think you should be unbanned and unPK’d:
Staff misrepresenting what happened, lying. Using metacommunication and knowledge to punish me for something that was literally not cemented as an IC guide or an OOC guide instead of directly telling me. Ruining my round intentionally by painting a giant target on my ass from my boss in an act he wouldn’t do for a fucking cape, gun, and radio that was stored securely and not actively being worn on me or used by me outside of the gun which I used to kill a singular roach and subsequently hidden once it became clear said metacommunication from staff was being sic’d upon me solely as an OOC punishment followed up with staff not handling adminhelps about the situation and telling the marshals to just “DNR” me if I step out of my cell when I had done nothing but sit in my cell and do nothing for four hours while occasionally using my omni-tool to redecorate it. Denying that they faxed first as Ryan to Maria on round end and accusing me of getting caught because I was bad at crime (again, untrue).
My original jobban should be overturned too due to the fact that I was demoted while intentionally kept dead and unable to contribute to the council discussion which was entirely circumstantially based with the hardest evidence of my guilt being “well there’s no one else's fibers on our front door besides rins here and in maint” and that the foreman testified that I said I bribed someone with zero finances being pulled from Lonestar or Rin’s personal account for a very large alleged sum of forty thousand credits - again, easily verifiable as untrue. That, and wearing my jacket which I could have easily recovered from maintenance with the new guest pass I had that round.
Finally, the escalation of my ‘prison break’ of walking to the right and then trying to walk left leading to the PK was me literally being sandwiched between two people and walking out under the misconception that I was to follow the WO, standing still after getting shot and trying to back away from them, screaming that I got shot, and then shot so much that I died within 4 seconds because the OH GOD THE PAIN messages were flooding my chat so I missed the ‘lay down or die’ comment. Given the extreme circumstances regarding that and the fact that admins actively acted to ensure I would be jailed in the first place, the whole shift should be rendered non canonical and all punishments done within it overturned.

I've been told by a few people that Mariya confided in Lich (her husband) that they wanted to gun me down, and said that if another officer killed me in secret, she wouldn't do anything which while fucked up, is only mildly relevant since Lich never came after I requested him several times.
