Hello. I will be the Admin who will be handling this complaint.

I've taken a Long time to read through as much of this as possible but the subject matter seems to switch off from one thing to another between an OOC complaint against the administration for applying a Job Strike then anger toward the IC interactions that lead to a Job Strike.

If you could- Please provide me a brief/concise statement in what you are specifically hoping to get resolved in this matter so I can focus my attention down to that aspect before I broach anything else.

TLDR: I am not dismissive of admin resolution ideas, I expressed discontent due to a lack of feedback and multiple misunderstandings but I was not being dismissive, I was just trying to show my perspective.

Sorry if I gave that impression, that was not my intent.


Not TLDR:
4 individual items that added up to expressed discontent:

1) There was a concern that was addressed around wasting Trilby's / Cora's time with a request but was determined to not have been a request upon review.

2) I expressed that I was concerned that it required contesting a counter claim (informally, on the spot) because T3 'knew for a fact' someone (personally known to T3) was not an alt transferring events between characters, though upon investigation they were, just not the alt of the person I accused - that is my mistake, I should have handled this through the admin team, but the expression of concern is that it may not have yielded the same resolution.

3) At the time I was unaware that the rape-harassment deal was handled. It was discussed shortly after addressing the complaints in the same line of conversation. The lack of this knowledge made me feel like this was still a pending issue I would have had to deal with IC going forward and made me feel more negatively about admin resolutions.

4) An IC submitted effect (the slander law draft stuff) was quietly denied/dismissed/tabled without feedback even though it was presumably discussed at length internally in a completed fashion, additionally with modifications, and unanimously rejected, but no feedback was given or proposed to be given at a future date, even though an IC council voted unanimously for it. In my opinion, a discord announcement or even a ping to parties involved could have addressed it.

I've either spoken with all parties involved either privately or on here and came to a conclusion based on the information provided (seeing as I wasn't really there). Having handled a number of these sorts of things before, this is admittedly a first as this seems to be a moot debate over if something was 'the most' right answer instead of simply being the 'right answer' which you don't appear to contest.

I am NOT going to get into the semantics and particulars of what's going on with this case nor am I going to say anything other than: a short break and some time to get refreshed might be a good idea. The facts provided show that, regardless of all the background detail; there was a disagreement, there has been some issues about how you're interacting with not only the administration but the community, and the situation was handled poorly by you ICly while in a command role.

Appeal is DENIED and shall keep the imposed punishments.
