Relevant Administration Experience (if applicable): I was a moderator and head of lore on Polaris for like three or four years. I wrote something like 40% of this wiki: https://wiki.ss13polaris.com/index.php?title=Main_Page . I also wrote the current Church of the Absolute lore.

Qualifications: Like I said, I was a mod on Polaris. I know how to use mod tools. I also know how to use mediawiki which is somehow I think more relevant here :P

Why do you wish to be a staff member?: I think there are a lot of really interesting ideas in the setting but that often they are hampered by poor execution, poor integration, poor communication, or, like, also being written by Possum. I want to see the world of Sojourn become richer and more articulated and seen as slightly less of a joke by the average player. I miss working on these things as part of a team! It would be nice to get to write in a collaborative environment again.

What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?: I think changes or additions to the lore should be highly transparent and worked on in communication with the players who would be effected by it. Sometimes we might have to introduce something unpopular or that bricks a bunch of player's characters, but that should be rare, and lore should be written with the goal of preserving existing characters and RP. Lore should be fun and engaging to read and easy to parse for interested players. Spelling and grammar should be, uh, good. Decisions should not be made for shock value, out of spite, or to address temporary conditions in the playerbase, but with an eye to the long-term health of the writing environment.

Well we have had are spits and spats over balance that has never been an issue as both of us are able to bounce off one a other to get the best ideas forwards. +1
