Why do you wish to be a staff member?:
To put it short, to run events.

I live to create content, and roleplay. I enjoy running events, more than I enjoy playing in them. Creating a problem, and seeing how players tackle said problem is one of the things I adore. I believe that, alongside SSGT_BR, we could create a host of fun miniature events to spice up the normal rounds.

Ontop of that, I believe I have the chops necessary to run the bigger, larger events. To plan out arcs, and see them to fruition. I believe that I could bring a great deal of quality, and fun events for the common player to play in to the server. Events that include even the lowest-ranked individual, outside of just the Heads of Staff. Giving players the opportunity to make decisions that decide the trajectory of the arc.

What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?:
I believe that an event should be fun to play in, first and foremost. Not only that, it should attempt to include everyone in it. No one enjoys when one Department gets to have all the fun, sequestering themselves off behind closed doors.

On the flipside, I believe that having departmental-specific RP is also important. Giving Blackshield an area to secure. Marshals, a murder to investigate. Soteria R&D, something to research and log. Etcetera, and so on.

In a more general staff degree, mutual respect. If you show someone respect, they will show it back. Even if they don't, that doesn't mean you shouldn't. Transparency, as well. Explaining what you are doing, why are you doing it, in clear terms for people to understand. If an event is experiencing technical difficulties? Explain it. Banning someone for a few days? Explain why.

Heyo, you posted this before I even announced event op, or the lore team at large but oh well!

In any case I had some reservations but those have been cleared up. So, with that I can approve this for event-op.
