Ban reason:
Banned for continual IC/OOC issues. Along with a constant grudge against all marshals, and trying to make their lives as difficult as possible with no valid reason. Got arrested for breaking checkpoint window, then spammed bannanas and knocking on windows because marshalls wouldnt give him his "sacred" clown mask. Your records indicated nothing about this religion or needing this mask. This was done purely to annoy and mess with marshalls beucase you were annoyed. You have a record of doing this to extents you have been brought into staff chats to be told you OOCly need to stop. There is no RP to be gained from these events, they purely make peoples days worse. Not to mention the OOC post that was made just to invoke shock factor in people. Another thing, that has no explanation, as such you are perma-banned, which can be appealed in 2 weeks on the fourms.
This is a permanent ban.

Your side of the story:

Instead of writing a long winded explanation, I'll try to keep it summarized. I ended up doing one of those dumb things where you just 'be yourself' in terms of easy reference to how to emotionally react to a situation. I thought I could keep my emotions separate, but it turns out that I had a bit harder time doing that than I thought I would and problems I had involving my character began to bleed over and affect me in real life. I started to become openly hostile and antagonistic to the staff, and was generally in a death spiral that I wasn't going to be pulling up out of. All of this culminating in a gross and stupid scat joke that totally earned me the ban.

And of course instead of pulling my head out of my ass, I doubled down on stupid and then wrote like 30,000 words defending myself, while claiming I was in sound mind enough to continue to play. I really wasn't, and I needed the time off to just detox. And honestly, after taking the summer (and a good chunk of the fall) off, I came to quickly realize that yeah, it's just a game and no reason to get worked up about it. I miss playing with my friends, and I'd honestly just like to come back.

Normally I wouldn't handle a ban appeal I'd be biased against but - considering the ruling agreed upon by myself and even Cora, who was the banning admin in this case, we've both decided to accept your ban appeal. As such I don't exactly see why we wouldn't handle it inspire of our normal bias since we are both ruling in favor of letting you back in as well as the same vouch from some other staff members as well.

We are pleased to see you took some time away and focused on other things. We've received vouches before from staff that your behavior even in the Discord has improved massively and we've all noticed you've continued coding some time after the ban, showing a level of dedication and want to return. As you know from the previous appeal and other conversations, I don't feel I need to focus on the 'do not do this' aspect of any appeal as I do not wish to nag and you appear to already have the idea of what is / is not based on this appeal.

We hope that this improvement transfers to server and that you can once again have fun on the server with your friends and the community as a whole.
