Qualifications: Due to both a mix of toying around with admin tools on private servers, and having an actual volunteer position as a mod on skyrats. I have a fair bit of knowledge about what some of the tools do.

Why do you wish to be a staff member?: Wish to participate in making the community nice and comfy for everyone involved.

What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?: Keeping the community nice and comfy, and also somewhat entertained.

They are a nerd, they been around awhile, and while consistent activity might be an issue, as of late it's been fine. No reason not to give em a chance, easy +1. The rest of you staff have till the meeting this weekend to give your opinions.

Concerns brought up about randomly leaving the discord. Do note leaving the discord as a member of staff will lead to immediate removal of staff permissions. Other than that, no other concerns.
