BYOND account/character name should be substituted out for your forum username or discord tag for forum or discord ban appeals.
Ban reason refers to the reason you are shown when you are denied access to the server, not a paraphrased version of it.

BYOND account and character name: Anythingisme, Jingles.
Banning admin:t306206
Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): Perma / Ten days until I can appeal the ban.
Ban reason:Large list of notes and previous issues, tipping event caused by making a player unrevivable by removing their suit sensors and moving them to the LS caves.
Banned for 1 week, after which an appeal will be required to lift the ban.
Your side of the story: I was playing as a cargo-tech for lonestar during an event shift, which was basically launching everything they fucking could at us with the intent to kill us. There was no Soteria during the start of the shift with them barely able to catch up later and barely any guild to patch damages that were caused by the stuff that was sent down. For me, I'd been covering for all their stuff to provide ammo, cells and all that sorts, meaning I was feeling pretty stressed / focused on what I was doing to provide.
It was later in the shift when I was providing weaponry, armor, ammo and food when the prime informed me that they wanted me to order a Assault armor case. I decided sure, why not, said I was gonna order five since there was two hundred thousand in the budget. The Marshall in question came on comms and said he wanted one, Jingles said she wouldn't give him one and he came to cargo. Jingles felt threatened and pulled out her gun because there had been reports of a carrion (and out of character, I've got no fucking idea how it works here). He batonned me without following the Marshall SOP of saying your being arrested, forfeit handcuffs if you come along, all that, so I shot him because there was a delta-level situation going on.
Where I went wrong was I hid the body in the mines to avoid dealing with him again because of the ongoing situation, and after later talking with the user on the discord, it made me realize that it was a really dick move to stop somebody from continuing to play in a round, especially an event round where these only happen biweekly basically.
After talking with a really nice admin and understanding why I fucked up and how I did, I looked into the rules on the wiki (Because when I tried to before on the game, it only took me to a blank note and I never decided to look further into the rules because of my own laziness, which is no excuse to that.) and realized what I've been bending and how to avoid it in the future like I've done with the law, trying to have a good understanding of what I'm allowed and not to do. I actively talked to some folks on solutions on what to do where I've done wrong before and I've realized that with some more-know how, I could've avoided half, if not all of my notes.
Why you think you should be unbanned: With the time that I've taken off and reflected, I think I'll be better suited for the server and be able to actively contribute more to the best of my ability to the community. With my better understanding of the rules and how my actions can affect others in game, I think I'll be able to enjoy myself actively still and make others enjoy their time more as well.

Right then, most of this has been handled on discord. But to recap
Breaking the rules is obviously what caused this but there is another part to it, bordering on breaking the rules but not breaking them is also a factor, which lead to your large list of notes. Do keep this in mind, as this is also an issue that this ban was about. If you think you might be in violation, its best to just poke us and get confirmation, rather than wait for us to decide to note it. A few other issues were gone over in private. Obviously, the rules themselves, IC rules for actions, and of course trying to keep the server fun for everyone. IC strife and drama are natural, just do try and keep them IC only.
With all that, and no other notes by anyone else, this is approved.
