Relevant Administration Experience Never any positions in ss13, But ive done ARMA units (GVS, Canadian Grenadier Guards.) and an old Whitelist only Elite dangerous server. Can potentially grab references for the former.

Qualifications No knowledge of ss13 coding or administration at this time.

Why do you wish to be a staff member?: I Enjoy this community far more than I have any other ss13 experience I have and I would like to help in ways I can.

What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?:
We are all here to have fun. Roleplaying is a very fun medium with many many issues sometimes. SS13 is a bit of an amplification ground for these. I want to be fair to everyone and help make this community remain to be the best as it can be and help where I can. This is a game after all.

I don't really like being negative and honestly I have very little issue with you as a person. I enjoy hanging out with you, chatting and all that. I just dont personally think you're good for this position. To be entirely blunt about it even if I dont want to, you can be a little self absorbed. In calls you tend to pretty much solely talk about yourself, your characters and such, a little bit of a main character syndrome. For this position, I guess I'd much more want someone who's more outward in what they're interested in, I'd want someone who's more about listening to other people's stories/opinions/characters.

That said, I dont think i'd be totally burned if you ended up getting the position, it's a pretty thankless one and not many people seem to be interested in taking it. But my main point is that I just dont think you're the type of person for it, I wouldn't be against you being on staff in general, I just think you'd be better in a different role honestly.

I'm on the fence with this matter. Do I think you could do this job? Most likely yes. However as the liaison of the entire community you need to see everything from everyone's point of view and to back that up with your own knowledge and experience. Especially when it comes to setting bias aside, you play near solely Prospectors (correct me if I'm wrong) but how would a player come to you regarding a different faction when you've only experienced in one of the factions. My issue is that I think you've not experienced our entire community, and it's different groups/factions. Though aside from that, I have no issue.

So the long delay was mostly based on a back and forth between myself and k5 regarding the role and yourself. My only concern was that the few valid remarks on your habits regarding how you dealt with pass incidents makes me question your ability to server the role as a first placement. Others give the general "try it out and see" answer...and in the end this is K5's responsibility. As big Man Staff overlord I'm fine with letting you on for this whole "Liaison" thing he has going.
