Qualifications: I am fairly familiar with the admin tools for this server, and have previously run events on the server.

Why do you wish to be a staff member?: A few reasons. One, I enjoy this server a lot for a fair multitude of reasons. Secondly, I just, in general want to help and contribute to the server in some way. Additionally, there seems to in general boom in population on top of a need for staff at the same time.

What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?: Generally, it's important to strike a balance between enforcing rules, keeping people happy, and, preserving the general atmosphere of the server. The goal in the end is to have everyone happy with the outcome of the situation, and, the rules are in place to preserve the quality and enjoyability of the server for it's target audience.

+1 From what I've been told and seen, you've dealt with your issues which lead to your previous exit from the staff team. Just please don't devolve to how you once was, and I'm sure you would be a great part of the team again.

+1 From me, you care a lot about the server, have experience and generally know what you're talking about. The only negative thing I might say is that you do need to get better at watching your temper, the most notable thing is screaming over people in voicechat in certain contexts, I understand that you get riled up but I would just be cautious of that sort of behavior as a staff member. Other than that, I think you already know what it's like to be a moderator and should be fine.

It's honestly going to be a -1 from me. Whilst I wasn't around for when you were originally a mod, I did hear quite a bit and have over the past two years I've been here, observed and noted your behavior. From what I've observed, it's personally a no from me because whilst it does seem you have grown a bit past it, you haven't really fully gotten past it. Admittedly, I've not been around as much as I used to be due to IRL and work, but based off of what I do know and understand, it's a no from me.

I like ya, but I have concerns with you - mostly regarding your ability to articulate yourself to people who might be less reasonable, or your frustration at dealing with said people. If ya work on those, +1

However the main concern with you as a returning staff member is your ability keep a calm head and avoid the mistakes that brought you to retire originally. Don't get me wrong I'm giving you a 1+ for my approval. You've grown and I hope to see you have fun here. Mostly keep in mind the points of contention brought up by the other staff and work to improve on those pitfalls. They are important but I don't see them as something to deny you a chance on.
