DasFox Administrator Application

Relevant Administration Experience (if applicable): As stated before in my previous application going on a year or so ago, I've managed several communities, some large (a few thousand people), and some small (to a few dozen.) SS13 servers have been added, like the Hestia reboot that set itself on fire, Polaris ages ago (which ended due to some personal issues during trial period). And I've been modding here (albeit on and off) for an exceptional amount of time, all things considered.
Qualifications: Pretty familiar with damn-near everything, even to the point I can do a lot without the direct tools by knowing the workarounds.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?: I've been staff, but the demotion to admom would essentially just be quality of life for access to further tools to do what I already do -- which is handle the issues in game, where possible, and the whitelists (when I can on the server, anyway.) I've been here a while, and sure I butt heads with people over issues in staff channels, but I think that's better than just being a yes-man to everything you don't agree with.
What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?: We're an HRP server, so as I explained before there's a lot that goes into it. Balancing between gameplay and the setting, the roleplay, and the playerbase is important. People won't want to play a server where the staff are too totalitarian, nor one where they never step in to fix issues from other players. It's a balancing act that needs to be considered, to determine what's best for the server and the people that play on it.
Three most played characters: Total? I have no goddamn idea. Right now it's:
