Qualifications: Was an admin here for a good while and i'd say i've got a decent amount of experience with this server in particular.
Why do you wish to be a staff member?: The same as before, I'd like to offer my hand in guiiding the server along and dealing with issues as they arrise- with my schedule a little more clear i've got more time to allocate to the server
What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?: Communication, follow-through, and consistency. Staff should be able to be understood, their decisions predictable(as much as possible anyway) and new issues handled even-handedly.

Besides being a bit confused why CDB hasn't applied himself - knowing he was interested in applying and asked staff so I know he meant to, this is approved as I cannot exactly see a reason why to decline it.
CDB had a good track history as staff and resigned under good terms so I see no reason why not to take them back as an admin as long as they plan to try and remain active.
