Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): Server / Permanent Ban

Ban reason: Reason: Joined as premier Amos Ramos to as they later said "Do a little trolling". "What does premier do" "My cock, your mouth" "IT WAS A MISINPUT, CALM DOWN." Then ran around naked as a premier. Also claimed to be excel high command. Classic shittery, A+, cryoed to avoid blackshield arresting them. This is just shittery, that is way to far and disruptive to others. Quality control ban, we like memes but this is just being a shitter and breaking people out of round.

Your side of the story:
I joined the round initially as premier solely for the purpose of starting the round, as it was repeatedly council moment-ing. Afterwards I was honestly just doing memes and might've alittle went too far.

Why you think you should be unbanned:
I'm a longtime player on sojourn and was only making jokes, I will be more careful in the future. I don't think it's proportional to be permabanned forever over a bad joke, and am hoping I can return to roleplay here.

Just going to add a bit that's neglected that I 100% should be taken into consideration. After getting banned you repeatedly complained about it on the discord, stirred up arguments multiple times, spam pinged admins and then devolved to posting porn in the general chat until you got temp banned from the discord.

Edit: They also left the server to avoid being banned from it. All of this should be taken into consideration.

I complained about having to use the forums for this appeal, as if the current year is 2008. We have discord, we can use discord, discord has been used before for appeals on Sojourn. There's no reason appeals shouldn't be done on the discord.

I pinged admins once and got muted for 7 days. I also posted a slightly innapropriate gif and got muted for 7 days.

I never left the discord server because to "avoid being banned from it", and I was never temp banned from the server. I left on my own accord of being muted for very little reason.

Stop being slanderous, you lowly moderator..........

Apologies for the delay, I never knew about this until today.

That said, just a few things to review. This incident was just a pinnacle, you had a history of many, small silly events, each on their own being nothing really, but it was a long trail of small incidents that lead to this one. Likewise, this event had two parts to it. The intentional shittery of running around naked, being a lunatic premier, funny enough, but as the rules are, ya can't do that and then instantly run to cryo to avoid punishment for it. In doing that you force our hand to hand out something. With the long trail of past events, and this one being quite a major one, I probably did take a bit of a harsh stance making this perma, but it was appealable.

Personally, I will need to take more time considering these events and just punishments for them, appealable perma wasn't the end of the world as we see here, but it could still dissuade people from even wanting to try.

Right that all said, this is easily accepted. You have spent enough time away, and still want to be here, and even struggled with this forum. To address why we do the forum it's because that time our discord got nuked, that was LOTS of staff info and notes on what was in place lost in an instant, so now we have to suffer with 2008 gamer forums.

My closing here for ya is meming is fine, just at least give others the chance to punish you for it if you go too far. If your cryoing out because marshalls or blackshield are coming you really need to Ahelp and get the a-ok.

You lying about what happened doesn't sit right with me. You posted porn on multiple occassions, even spamming it, to say you posted 'one slightly innappropriate gif' is just a flat out lie, a provable one at that.
