Relevant Administration Experience: Here. Was a admin for about half a year, along with a bundle of other things in the past. Been a staffie for over a year now.

Qualifications: Quite a bit, but I can always continue to learn more, and sometimes I can forget that I have certain tools at my disposal. Currently, I've learned to get by a good few things with just mod perms, having fully explored what some of the powers I have can do. Let's say I can give some other staff members a surprise like a certain headmin could in the past, if I really wanted to try.

Why do you wish to be a staff member?: For this question, we'll switch it to 'Why do I want to be a Admin instead of a Mod'? Simply put, to return to a good bit of what I did in my free time, mini events, making rounds interesting as well as at least being able to help with some of the bugs I've seen and have been unable to fix due to a lack of perms. I'm often on at times when no one else is, at night, morning, or sometimes in the afternoon, depending on my schedule.

What are your principles regarding the job you apply for, and the players in the community you are volunteering to serve?: In regards of what some of the staff might be concerned about, or have been concerned about, I've spent some time thinking on it and have actually spoken with some people about it. Yes, I don't have as much time as I used to because of a job. Does that change much? Yea but others have jobs as well, so I'm not too concerned about it. In regards of other matters such as abusing my powers or being biased in situations, the first one not necessarily as plentiful as some people would've thought but there were certainly some actions that could be questioned as abuse and whatnot. Those won't happen again, and when it comes to situations where I'm directly involved in one form or another, I'll step back and let another handle it, but if no one does, I'll handle it as best as I can regardless of bias. There's really a lot to say here and answer so, if there are any questions, let me know. Principles are simple. People are here to have fun, they should have fun. When taking actions, you have to consider if it would be fun or interactive for the others that could be involved. Don't let things get too out of hand or hectic. Answer matters and issues that others might have so it doesn't boil over or make it more problematic in the future. There's a good few other principles I can go over but that'll be enough for now.

Yeah I'd be glad to have you as an admin, been around for a while. More just worried about your IRL life vs soj; you tend to be busy quite a bit. I won't deny you, but I do hope this won't cause unneeded stress for you.
